REFORMER PILATES.

At Flow Lab, each Reformer class begins and ends with connection — bringing awareness to both body and mind. This might be through brief stillness, simple meditation, or working with the breath as you warm up and wind down.

Flow refers to the focused state we aim for in movement. Lab reflects how we approach it — treating movement as a craft, something to explore, practise, and refine over time.

Our premium Reformer Pilates classes are contemporary, considered, and strong, with an educational focus that supports long-term progress while still feeling enjoyable and energising. With just 8 reformer beds, classes remain personal and intentional, creating space for both guidance and growth.

The studio is full of energy and laughter, making Flow Lab a welcoming place whether you’re new to Pilates or deep in your practice.

  • Who it’s for: Everyone, Beginners, pregnant clients, and those managing injuries.

This supportive, slower-paced class focuses on the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates — breath, alignment, and control. Perfect if you’re new to the Reformer, returning from time off, or needing a slower, more accessible approach on the day.

Alternate exercises and pregnancy-friendly options are provided to ensure a safe and empowering experience, tailored to your body’s needs.

  • Who it’s for: Open level — suitable for confident beginners (we suggest 10+ classes), intermediate clients, and anyone wanting a strong, balanced session. Not suitable for pregnancy or injuries requiring alternative exercises.

Our signature full-body session. Reformer Flow blends strength, mobility, and Pilates precision into one dynamic class. You'll move through creative, well-paced sequences designed to challenge and energise. Modifications are provided where appropriate, but we stay within the structure of the programmed class — alternatives are not offered. You’ll need to be comfortable with your set-up and able to adjust based on your own ability.

  • Who it’s for: Experienced clients only. Not suitable for beginners, pregnancy, or injuries requiring modified exercises.

Reformer Advanced is designed for experienced clients ready to explore the more complex shapes and transitions from the Pilates repertoire. Expect minimal set-up time, limited guidance, and layered sequences that require strength, control, and a deep understanding of the method. Clients must be confident in their set-up and able to self-manage safely. No modifications are offered.

  • Who it’s for: All levels. Ideal for anyone needing to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance. Only suitable for pregnancy when able to be in supine.

Slow down and stretch it out. Reformer Stretch is a restorative session focused entirely on lengthening muscles, improving mobility, and creating space in the body. Using the Reformer to support deep, targeted stretches, this class is gentle, feel-good, and suitable for all levels. A perfect complement to your strength-based classes or a recovery day essential.
