Located upstairs at Flow Lab, our Hot Room is home to contemporary Mat Pilates classes designed to help you move with confidence.
Thoughtfully programmed and expertly coached, our classes are strong, educational, and fun. Whether you're new to Pilates or have years of experience, you'll find supportive instructors, challenging workouts, and a welcoming community.
We offer a mix of heated and non-heated classes, with temperatures listed alongside each class in the timetable so you can choose the experience that suits you best.

Who it’s for: Suitable for all levels. Not suitable for pregnancy.
Mat Flow is our signature Mat Pilates class. A full-body, contemporary Pilates practice. Expect a seamless, no-repeat flow that challenges strength, mobility, and control through creative sequences designed to keep you present and moving with intention. This is your time to connect to breath, body, and rhythm, without breaking the flow.

Who it’s for: Suitable for everyone. Some experience with exercise is ideal. Not recommended for first-timers due to the pace and intensity. Not suitable for pregnancy.
Mat Power is where Pilates meets functional fitness. Expect a mix of push-and-pull strength work and programming that supports progressive overload.
This is a high-energy session designed to build serious endurance and power.

Who it’s for: Suitable for intermediate and advanced clients. Not recommended for first-timers or injuries. Not suitable for pregnancy.
Advanced Mat is a modern take on the original Pilates sequence developed by Joseph Pilates. This structured class follows the traditional order with a contemporary edge, focusing on precision, control, and flow. Expect to refine technique, challenge your strength and stamina, and workshop more advanced movements along the way. A strong foundation in Pilates is recommended to get the most out of this class.

Who it’s for: All levels. Ideal for those needing to slow down, restore, and improve mobility.
Slow down, soften, and reconnect. Release is a stretch and mobility session designed to help you move with more ease, freedom, and awareness—both on and off the mat. This class is about creating space to ground your nervous system and reset your body. In between, you’ll work through intentional stretches, mobility work, and breath-led movement to unlock tension and improve functional range. This class starts with a guided breath meditation and ends with a sound bath.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply restored.
HOT ROOM RULES
Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class. There is no late entry.
No Towel - No Entry. (Bring a large mat size towel)
BYO Mat (if you forget its ok, we have Mats, but you might be more comfortable with some extra padding!)
Bring a drink bottle
No phone zone (We have space to place your belongings in the waiting area. You can take photos before and after class. Phones are not permitted to be used during class; this includes apple watches)
If you would like to film your workout, please ensure you ask the teacher prior and no other clients are in your video.
Not suitable for pregnancy at any trimester or for people with heart conditions.
